Journey Timeline
Apply with Stronger Together Surrogacy
Meet with Ashley, go over expected timeline, Agency Fee, Surrogate Compensation, and Sign with Agency.
Match and IVF Approval
Profiles are exchanged, and if everyone agrees to meet, a video match meeting is held. If everyone agrees to match after the video call, then congratulations! Medical records are sent to your IVF clinic for scheduling of your GC.
Medical Clearance
Your GC will travel to your clinic on cycle day 6-14. Infectious disease screen, drug screen, and ultrasound are performed. Results can take 12-14 days. Once results are in, your clinic will issue medical clearance to start legal.
Legal Clearance
You will complete a consultation with your attorney, and your GC will meet with hers. Once the contract is ready to be signed, all parties will sign/notarize. Your attorney will issue legal clearance to your IVF clinic.
Cycle Calendar and Transfer
6-12 days after legal clearance is received, your IVF clinic will issue a cycle calendar with a tentative transfer date. Your GC will monitor locally and travel to your clinic the day before transfer. Your GC will travel home the day following the transfer.
Positive Pregnancy ❤️
8-12 days after transfer will be the first HCG blood draw. Upon a positive HCG, the first ultrasound to confirm heartbeat is done 4-5 weeks after the transfer. Generally, a second ultrasound is 2-3 weeks later.
Transfer to OBGYN and Delivery
Your GC will “graduate” your clinics care and transfer to her local OBGYN at 10-12 weeks pregnant. Parentage will start at 15 weeks with your attorney.
