Do You Qualify?
💗Are you between the ages of 21-40 years of age
💗Is your BMI between 19-33
💗You do not use illegal drugs, smoke cigarettes, or abuse alcohol
💗You have had no serious complications during pregnancy or after delivery
Surrogacy is simply amazing, to put it mildly. You are providing the intended parents with the ultimate gift, a child. By using the Intended Parents genetics (or of a donor they selected), their embryo is transferred into your uterus to carry their child to birth. You will have no biological connection to the child, not only is the entire process a unique and extraordinary experience for the parents, but for you as a surrogate too. Close, life-long relationships and friendships are formed during this amazing journey.

Speak with our Intake Team

Obtain Medical Records
Fill out and return all forms sent to you by email. It could take 3-4 weeks from the time records are requested and reviewed. (The quicker these are returned the sooner we can start!)
OB Clearance
If you have not had a pap smear in the last year, please call and schedule one with your doctor. You will need to print off the "OB Clearance" form sent to you by email and take it with you to be filled out at this appointment. This will need to be returned to us once it's completed. Please let us know the date of your appointment.
Meet your Journey Coordinator!
Once records are received and reviewed with no concerns, it's time to set up a virtual or in-person meeting with your coordinator. Depending on your availability, this could take 1-2 weeks to coordinate.
Ready to MATCH!
It is time to create your profile and you get to meet intended parents that could be your potential match!
Depending on your preferences and timeline this could take 2-6 weeks to match with your future IP's. Medical Clearance from your IP's IVF physician: 2-4 weeks for results
Legal Contracts
Legal Contracts between you and your IP's: Generally this takes 3-5 weeks. (Your signed Benefits Package will be used by the attorneys to draft your contract. Please be sure to reference that when reviewing the contract with your attorney. If you do not already have a preferred Family Formation Attorney we will recommend one for you).
Begin IVF!
Cycle Preparation for Embryo Transfer: Timelines will vary by clinic, generally, it takes between 1-5 weeks to receive your Cycle Calendar.
Surrogate FAQ'S
- You are a United States citizen or legal resident.
- You are between the ages of 21 – 40.
- You have one or more children of your own.
- You have not had more than three C-sections.
- You have a Body Mass Index of under 33.
- You are a non-smoker and non-drug user.
- You have good physical & mental health.
- You have not had any major pregnancy complications.
- You agree to psychological, drug & criminal screening.
- You have a supportive partner, friend, or family member.
- You have not had more than 6 births.
Not only does becoming a surrogate take a special person, but you must meet certain requirements as well. This includes: be a US Citizen or Legal Resident, 21-40 years old, given birth to at least 1 child, no more than 3 C-sections, healthy BMI, non-smoker, non-drug user and good physical and mental health, and have a good support system.
From the time a surrogate applies an in-depth consultation is scheduled, medical records are requested and reviewed, and background checks and psychological evaluations are performed. It will be approximately 4 to 6 weeks for you to be ready to match with Intended Parents.
First time surrogates will earn $70,000 – $75,000. We believe that transparency is key. Upon your initial outreach you will be provided with a detailed benefit package for your review. Yes, compensation is higher for a proven surrogate versus a first-time surrogate. Your base pay increases in increments of $10,000 per journey.
A surrogate gets paid monthly once she is matched, medically cleared and the legal contract is signed with her Intended Parents. There is event driven items paid prior to legal contracts, like a medical evaluation fee.
Surrogates get paid an additional $20,000 for carrying twins.
This is all depending on a person’s pregnancy health. We have had surrogates do 2-5 journeys.
Once the surrogate has completed her medications and is ready, the fertility doctor will perform a FET (frozen embryo transfer). This means the baby will not biologically be yours. An embryo is made from someone else’s egg and sperm source.
Since the surrogate’s eggs are not being used, a woman can become a gestational surrogate even if she has her tubes tied.
All babies, no matter the nature of their conception, have the genetic material provided by their biological parents. Therefore, the surrogate contributes NONE of her genetic material.
