I understand that this is NOT a paid position or employment under Stronger Together Surrogacy. I understand this is a free program to Surrogates to learn about content creation, communication, and have added support during and after my journey. I understand that any referral bonuses I receive may have certain tax obligations. It is my responsibility to know and complete any tax obligations, if applicable.
*If I move, it is my responsibility to update Melissa to receive packages, gifts, or other mail.
